Therapy Approach:
My approach to therapy is humanistic and eclectic in order to best adapt to your individual needs. I pull from various therapy modalities including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, and solution-focused modalities. My style can be described as warm, authentic, inquisitive, and action-oriented. I collaborate with you and provide a balance of insight-oriented work combined with skills-based work. I am passionate about supporting you, making you feel heard, validated, and in addressing and managing your symptoms and concerns.
Depression, anxiety, and/or sleep problems can interfere with your ability to function at your best in daily life and relationships. I focus on helping you better understand emotional patterns, behavior patterns, and develop practical tools/ways to manage your symptoms. Treatment is collaborative and focused on addressing your needs and concerns.
