Therapy Approach:
My approach to therapy is humanistic and eclectic in order to best adapt to your individual needs. I take a holistic approach and pull from various therapy modalities tailored to your specific and individual needs. My style can be described as warm, authentic, inquisitive, and action-oriented. I collaborate with you and provide a balance of insight-oriented work combined with skills-based work. My primary therapy approach is CBT-oriented, then combining other interventions as appropriate for your individual needs.
Both in-person and virtual therapy services are available. Currently there are immediate availability options for both daytime and evening appointments. I work with teens and adults ages 14 and up.
