Professional background

I am a trauma-informed, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have worked in various capacities providing behavioral support to children, teens and families in the school, home and community settings for the past 8 years since becoming a therapist in 2021. Since 2021 I’ve been providing individual therapy to teens and adults with the spectrum of concerns and issues in the community mental health setting.

Personal background

Some personal facts about me: I am a Pittsburgh transplant, I moved here in 2017 for school to earn my Masters of Science degree in professional counseling. I was born in San Diego, CA, and grew up in Lancaster County, PA.

Some of my hobbies include playing chess, and tennis. I like reading Sci-Fi, fantasy, and thriller novels as well. Other hobbies include board games and video games.
